The Planning Board helps keep our town growing in a way that makes sense for everyone. Whether it’s reviewing new building projects, subdivisions, or land use plans, the board makes sure everything lines up with our local zoning rules and long-term plans for the community.

We work with residents, developers, and local officials to find the right balance between growth and keeping the unique character of our town. It’s all about planning smart while preserving what makes Bethany special.

Meetings are held at the Bethany Community Center on the first Thursday of every month, and we’d love to see you there! Everyone is welcome—your thoughts and ideas help shape the future of our town.
