Everyone is encouraged to attend Town Board meetings which are held on the second Monday of each month (see the website calendar) at 7:00 p.m. You may find more information on the Genesee County Water Resource Agency page on the Genesee County Planning page of the county’s website.
The Town of Bethany is excited to announce that we have finally been granted the 5million dollars from the WIIA grant. Water district 5 is finally a go!!!!
Water District debt service will be added to the 2025 property tax bills.
Water Line, pumps and tank are under construction at this time.
Phase 2 contract should be going out to bid for the west side of Bethany by the end of June.
